We believe in the integration of disadvantaged children. We offer internships and trainings in practical professions. We provide them with the opportunity for career development by approaching with an understanding of the level and quality of life in such homes.

Our team is patient and determined to lend a hand to these children and get them out of the welfare network, and to become full citizens and good professionals. AzUKEN also lends a hand to disadvantaged people under the Training and Employment project with the support of the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund – OZ-XU – 01 – 07-3116

Together we have created conditions for the employment of unemployed people at a disadvantage in the labor market. We are working to increase the suitability for employment and earning wages by providing training for people in a real work environment.

Our main goals are:

• Raising public awareness of the problems and opportunities of individuals in order to change public attitudes and eliminate existing stereotypes.
• Creating conditions for a dignified and independent life for disadvantaged people.
